Wait times are excessivley long. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 10-piece chicken nugget combo and it took 20 minutes for them to get that out to me. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. Do not expect to be treated like a paying customer at this establishment - I think the employees care more about their paycheck than their customers. Food was not the best, but it's Wendys. I recommend eatingat Subway just across the road. Frosty machine is awlays 'broken'.
This is suppose to be fast food. There is nothing fast about it. Three times your out. I will not be back.
Cold fries, worst grilled chicken wrap I've ever got. The chicken was burnt and tiny.
Overpriced food which was barely edible, chili was a few degrees above room temperature. Charged $4.66 for small chili & small drink. Smiles must cost extra here too because I didn't get one from the girl taking my order. Spend your money where it's appreciated, not here.
My wife and I waited behind only 2 cars in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes before finally arriving at the window. We then proceeded to sit there at the window for another 20 minutes. A lady waiting in the lane behind us, unable to leave because the lane has curbs you can't drive over, eventually asked if I could let her out because she was tired of waiting and I obliged, wishing I too could have left but I had already paid and was expecting something more than a couple of diet cokes. I walked back to the window after letting her out and asked what was going on and they said they were waiting on chicken. I wish I could have quipped on what that meant (are we waiting for it to be butchered at a nearby farm? Is it thawing?). I lost my temper and left, half thinking that at this point if it's taking this long to make fast food it's may not be safe to eat. At the least I had hoped that they could have told us in advanced to expect a long wait, as a courtesy. Go to the Subway across the street, at least you can watch them make you a sandwich and it doesn't smell like grease.
