Amazingly friendly staff. Good, level site with hookups. Only downside was that the checkout policy is a little goofy... One doesn't have to check out until 6pm. I packed up at 4 with the people who were taking the site next looking at me like I was an alien... They were relative understanding about it, though.

One of the nicest camp grounds near Topeka. Only thing I can say bad about Arrow Rock is that Dogs are allowed, BARKING DOGS all day and night long. Arrow Rock would be at the top of my list for camping if it was made a NO PET campground. Arrow Rock is a VERY clean campground also.
